Yes, we have Accessible toilets

which can be found at the rear of the property, Outside in our garden area, There is an accessible ramp for wheelchairs, Handrails, etc...

YES, We have covered shelter in our garden

should the weather turn chilly, Our boat house seats 12-15 people, and the shelter seats 8- 10 people, Please note these are covered in case it rains and cannot be used as smoking shelters.

You can park your car here ///fades.tuck.dishes At the bottom of Marsden Lane under the railway bridge is a small carpark free to use when you visit the tearooms. Follow the map in the carpark, over the canal bridge, and back under, following the towpath to lock38 where you will find Kings Lock Tearooms.

We do not close in the winter,

we try our best to be open all year round, however, the weather plays a big part over the winter months, even flooding the towpath between the carpark and the tearooms. If this happens we try and get the message out on our social pages. It is always best to check before you travel to avoid disappointment.

We always try and be open when we say we are.

This can be made difficult when the towpath floods as access is not always possible. We understand it can be disappointing for you if you have traveled a long way to see us, but from our point of view means we cannot open, pay our bills or pay our staff, etc... A few hours can make all the difference and when the towpath is passable again we will be open as soon as it is safe to do so.
