Afternoon Tea Reservations: Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Procedure:

Reservation Request: To make a reservation for afternoon tea, customers may contact our reservations team via phone, email, or through our online booking system.

Reservation Confirmation: Once a reservation request is received, availability for the desired date and time will be confirmed, and further details regarding the booking will be provided.

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the reservation. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on the size of the party or special requests.

Payment Deadline: Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking via the provided payment link. Failure to make the deposit payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer Cancellations: If a customer wishes to cancel their reservation, they must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled reservation date.

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.

Reservation Modifications: Customers may request a change in the reservation date or time, subject to availability. Any changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Business-Initiated Cancellations:

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event we are unable to accommodate a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, staff illness, or operational challenges, we will offer an alternative date, subject to availability. Should no suitable date be found, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In such instances, deposits will not be refunded.

Minimum Attendance Requirement: We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the number of attendees falls below the minimum specified at the time of booking. Customers will be notified, and any deposit paid will not be refunded.

General Terms:

Late Arrivals: We kindly request that all guests arrive punctually for their reservation. In the event of late arrival, the full afternoon tea experience may not be guaranteed, and the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.

Special Requests: While we strive to accommodate special requests, including dietary preferences or allergies, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. Our kitchen handles allergens such as nuts and gluten, and while all efforts are made to comply with allergen policies, customers must inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.

Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication channels. Management reserves the right to override these terms in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
