### Booking and Cancellation Policy for Afternoon Tea Reservations


**Booking Procedure:**


1. **Reservation Request:** To book an afternoon tea reservation, customers must contact our reservation team via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
2. **Confirmation:** Upon receiving a reservation request, we will confirm availability for the requested date and time and provide further details regarding the booking.

3. **Deposit Requirement:** A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and is subject to change based on the size of the party and any special requirements.

4. **Payment:** The deposit must be paid within 24 hours via our payment link from the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Failure to make the deposit payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.


**Cancellation Policy:**

1. **Cancellation by Customer:** If a customer wishes to cancel their afternoon tea reservation, they must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation date. 

2. **Forfeiture of Deposit:** The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded to the customer.

3. **Change in Reservation Date/Time:** Customers may request to change the date or time of their reservation, subject to availability. Any changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A change in reservation date or time may require a new deposit, which will be communicated to the customer.


**Cancellation by the Business:**

1. **Unforeseen Circumstances:** In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, staff illness, or other operational reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

2. **Minimum Attendance Requirement:** We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the number of attendees falls below the minimum requirement specified at the time of booking. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance, and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.


**General Terms:**

1. **Late Arrival:** We kindly request that customers arrive promptly for their reservation. In the event of late arrival, we cannot guarantee that the full afternoon tea experience will be provided, and the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.

2. **Special Requests:** We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, including dietary restrictions and preferences, to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

3. **Changes to Terms and Conditions:** We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

By making a reservation for our afternoon tea service, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
